Our PeopleTim HoadFounder of IntangAbility Ltd. During his Banking career Tim specialized in the financing and investment needs of organizations of all sizes. During a career in finance spanning 25 years Tim has also worked in strategic planning, risk management and corporate recovery. During a period of secondment to the DTI he has been involved in a variety of working groups covering such issues as “access to finance”, “corporate governance” and “corporate reporting”. He was project manager for the successful EU funded intangibles programme (PRISM) which focused on research into the importance of intangibles to a modern economy. Peter
is an accomplished general manager who thrives on challenges.
He has a proven track record of identifying critical business issues and
the development of appropriate strategic solutions to increase profitability.
He has a broad commercial background with over 30 years experience in
professional services, including more than 10 years responsibility for leading
teams and delivering change in a global context.
Most
recently, Peter was the Chief Knowledge Officer at KPMG where he developed the
framework and founded the UK knowledge management group and was part of the
leadership developing KPMG’s capability globally.
He has directed the significant culture change programmes required to
obtain the business benefits from strategic investments. Chris ReddishChris Reddish joined IntangAbility in 2003 as a Principal Consultant. Chris is a experienced Knowledge Director with a track record over 20
years of programme and knowledge management who has specialized in the
Technology Sector, but uniquely grounded across other Blue-chip Clients and
Government sectors to deliver a broad Programme perspective. His international work experience has been gained in a demanding and
challenging work environment where he has had to display strong negotiation and
interpersonal skills at the highest levels, communicating and leading through
consensus whilst managing multiple stakeholder expectations and communication
channels.
